Safety

I will always stand up for human rights, advocate for environmental protection, and continue to push for boots on the ground services through Health and Senior Resources Social Services, the Sheriffs Department and Emergency Services.  I will continue to focus on developing policy and advocating for funding for the well-being of our first responders and the safety of our residents. 

I am committed to deliberating the workings of county government in public. I will persist in championing transparency through live-streaming services and searchable documents. By doing so, I aim to bring government closer to the people, ensuring accessibility and accountability at every step.

 I remain dedicated to forging alliances throughout the County with individuals and organizations who seek good governance and accountability. I will persist in introducing and implementing new initiatives, such as the property tax exemption for our volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers and sharing sales tax revenues with our local municipalities who need it the most. Together, we recognize the potential for Putnam County to thrive when we collaborate harmoniously.
